It is the goal of the Missouri Clean Energy District to provide access to capital markets in an effort to lower the cost of qualifying energy improvement projects in Missouri by providing high quality, readily available, low cost financing alternatives for Missouri property owners.
Missouri Clean Energy District Conduit Issuance Policy:

The board of director’s approved this policy with the intention that the district would be able to deliver the lowest cost issuance for qualified borrowers who have both the ability to provide necessary documentation for the authorization of a transaction and arranged for accredited capital sourcing.
