- Community officials are welcome to request district presentations and full program information.
- Property owners may elected officials take action in joining the district thereby making our important funding available for individual property improvements and for the community.

- Cities or counties may join the District. While a city’s county may be a member the city may wish to take separate action to join (opt-in) thereby retaining the right to appoint an advisory counsel member to the board.
