MCED Member Community

MCED member communities enjoy all the advantages provided by its financing programs. Members bare no costs and share no liability or administrative burden. Should your county not appear as a member, please take a moment to fill out the call to action form provided below:

• Community officials are welcome to request district presentations and full program information.
• Property owners may elected officials take action in joining the district thereby making our important funding available for individual property improvements and for the community.

• Cities or counties may join the District. While a city’s county may be a member the city may wish to take separate action to join (opt-in) thereby retaining the right to appoint an advisory counsel member to the board.
