Rural Development Commercial Facility Target Fund: Energy project assistance for property owners in rural Missouri communities. This fund is approved for the District’s use and supported in conjunction with the USDA IRP program. The intent of the District is to use these important funding dollars in circumstances where other programs cannot. The program is able to offer below market rates of interest to encourage completion of energy improvement projects on commercial property in qualifying member communities.
