The Missouri Clean Energy District, in partnership with Renovate America, recently launched the Home Energy Renovation Opportunity [HERO] program for homeowners in several West County municipalities, including Ballwin, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Eureka, Town & Country and Valley Park. HERO financing enables homeowners to make energy improvements and to pay for them over time through property taxes, while receiving potential tax benefits and immediate savings on home energy bills.
